• Screamer (SCR)
  – Deliveries to be completed as soon as possible with next available driver. Rush hour, peak times, traffic and/or weather conditions may affect availability of screamer service.
• Direct (DIR)
  - Deliveries to be completed within 60, 75 or 90 mins. from time of call (distance pending).
• Express (XPR) - Deliveries to be completed within 90, 120 or 150 mins. from time of call (distance pending). Cut off time is 2:00 p.m.
• Regular (REG)
  - Deliveries to be completed within 2, 3 or 4 hours from time of call (distance pending): Cut off time is 1:00 p.m.
• End-of-day (EOD)
  - Deliveries to be completed by 5:00 p.m. Cut off time is 10:00 a.m. Vans & trucks not available.
• Overnight (OVN)
  – Deliveries to be completed by 5:00 p.m. of the next business day. Cut off time is 3:00 p.m. Vans & trucks not available.
